NEWS just received from Wagga Wagga Council
Covid regulations updated

Most of these will apply to Stone the Crows in April!

Firstly – Stone the Crows Festival is not a music festival, it’s not a sports event, it’s not a show!
We are a round peg in a square hole (or vice versa)
Our classification is a non-specific Event or Festival.

From February 18 the following changes will be made to the current settings:

  • No density limits (previously one person per two square metres for hospitality venues).
  • QR check-ins will only be required for nightclubs, and for all music festivals with more than 1000 people. Hospitals, aged and disability facilities may use their existing systems for recording visitors.
  • Singing and dancing will be permitted at all venues, except music festivals, where singing and dancing can recommence from February 25.
  • Mask rules will be scaled back from February 25, when they will only be mandated on public transport, planes and indoors at airports, hospitals, aged and disability care facilities, corrections facilities and indoor music festivals with more than 1000 people.
  • The use of masks will be encouraged indoors when social distancing is not possible and for retail staff to protect vulnerable people needing to use the services.

So that’s all for this extra special news edition!.  Just wanted to share our relief with you all. Don’t forget you can always email any queries
