By booking either on line or by mail, you are agreeing to the following details:
- Limited powered sites both in capacity and numbers. When all powered sites are booked, cancellations will be allocated on a first in basis, taking into account special needs such as CPAP power. If you are in a group and the powered site is not near your group, you will have the option of moving or staying with the group. If you opt to stay with the group on an unpowered site, the powered sites will be offered to the next person in line, no second chances.
- The ACTA grounds are not a caravan park so use of appliances will be limited – no air conditioners without permission of our First Aid team. Only one appliance per site at any one time, e.g. don’t run a jug and a toaster simultaneously.
- No permanent connection to water – top up tanks only – as taps are scattered throughout the grounds it may be necessary to join hoses together with your neighbours to reach the nearest tap.
- Sites are only confirmed when full payment is made. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the due date (February 14) so when site allocation starts you are in your group or you may not be near friends.
- Payment may be made by direct deposit to the Stone the Crows Festival Bank account – Bendigo Bank BSB 633000 Account 146065693 or by credit card – phone Chrissy to arrange as we know some people don’t like putting those details through the computer.
- Limited unpowered 4 day sites available – only for the four days of Easter, that is arrival Friday April 15 – departure by 8 am on Tuesday April 19.
- Discounts – only one discount applies to each booking – 10% loyalty discount if you have attended for three or more years, please nominate the years on your form OR 10% group discount for groups of 5 or more vehicles, maximum 2 persons per vehicle. Group bookings must be received by February 14, 2022 to ensure you are sited together.
- If you are booking as part of a group please nominate your group leader’s name.
- Fees include campsite per vehicle per night + entertainment, seminars, games and other activities costs excludes woodwork or craft kits, charity fundraising activities.
- In consideration of others, generators may only be used between 8 am and 11 am and between 4 pm and 8 pm.
- Arrival time is at the time nominated on your Squawker’s Permit – Thursday April 14 for first timers or Friday April 15 for both 7 day and 4 day attendees. Arrival times are staggered to ease traffic congestion.
- Squawkers’ Permits (your entry ticket and site number) can only emailed (no snail mail) so please make sure an email address is included whether it is for yourself, a friend or family member who can pass on the details to you.
- Departure for 4 day attendees is by 8 am on Tuesday April 19 and for 7 day Attendees by 2 pm on Friday April 9.
- First timers are welcome to arrive on Thursday afternoon April 14 at the time nominated in your Squawkers’ Permit. You will still be with your group, even if they don’t arrive till Friday.
- Dogs must be on lead at all times. Other than assistance animals, they are not allowed in the Food Court, Club House or Crow Central. An off leash area for under control dogs will be designated in your program. Any hassle in this area is your responsibility.
- Refund conditions: Bookings received for 2020 have been offered a 50% refund or a roll over to 2022. Cancellations must be in writing and include bank account name, number and BSB must be provided. For all new bookings for 2022, cancellations MUST be in writing and include your bank account details, BSB, name and number to obtain refund. A refund of 50% will be available to all cancellations. No exchanges of tickets unless the Festival is completely sold out. No refunds after March 30, 2022 – no exceptions. No rollovers for 2023 are available at this time.
- Rebookings after a cancellation made due to covid are available – please feel free to contact Chrissy for further details.
- Once your booking form is received, you will automatically be added to the Crow Chronicle database so you receive our regular newsletter emails. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe yourself.
- Bookings may be sent by email or snail mailed to PO Box 238, Kinglake 3763.
- By booking your site online, you automatically agree to the above.
